Anyone live in costa-rica? Good for raw-organic lifestyle?

I'm half costa-rican, my grandparents live in Wanacaste (is that how you spell it) and they're basically farmer people. And I have a lot of family over there too.

Would it be a great place to live with an abundance of raw-organic food? Answer anyone who absolutely knows.
