Hi, anyone familiar with this information, I didn't know, is this making sense?

The frequency of foods is important because the higher the frequency, the more “life force” they contain, and when you consume high frequency fluids and foods, this causes your body to vibrate at a higher frequency as well, and therefore you are more alive.
Frequency is a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points. Everything has an electrical frequency. Different parts of the body and different foods we eat and different diseases all vibrate at different frequencies.
The Brain & Body:
The Human Brain frequency (daytime) 70-78 MHz
The body frequency (during the daytime) 62-68 MHz
Thyroid & Parathyroid glands 62-68 MHz
Heart 67-70 MHz
Lungs 58-65 MHz
Liver 55-60 MHz
Pancreas 60-80 MHz
Stomach 58-65 MHz
Disease Begins:
Cold and Flu Symptoms 58 MHz
Viral Infection 55 MHz
Tissue Breakdown from Disease 48 MHz
Cancer 42 MHz
Death begins at 25 MHz
Frequencies of Food and Plants:
Processed, Canned and Frozen Foods 0 MHz
Fresh Produce 15 MHz
Dry Herbs 12-22 MHz
Fresh Herbs 22-27 MHz
Sprouts 150 MHz
Essential Oils (depending on which oil) 52-320 MHz
SuperGreens 250 MHz

I've seen frequencies assigned to various parts of the body, foods, etc., but until someone explains how to measure this, it doesn't make sense to me.

I was surprised when I read your post to find that Supergreens was listed as higher than Sprouts because I think that something tjhat is commercially produced could not possibly surpass sprouts.
Then when I clicked on the site I realised that they were selling those Supergreens so I think that this makes their info suspect.

It's very simple. Everything vibrates at a different rate. If you smack yourself very hard, your bones will have a different vibration than your skin.
I fail to see how it has anything to do with nutrition, though.

It looks like that site is basing all it's stuff on Robert Young's book. I have read some unflattering things about Dr. Young, namely that he got his "Dr." at a mail order degree house, and is secretive about this.
That said, he bases a lot of his stuff on Royal Rife's work, which was emulated to some degree (a very small degree) by Hulda Clark and her zapper. If you are interested in these things, you should try to study Royal Rife. His is an amazing story, he was a suppressed genius, and we were greatly harmed by the suppression and obliteration of his work, much as we were with Tesla and the many geniuses whose work was confiscated through the years to "protect us".

It has to do with illness/wellness..and other things. They say the rose is the flower of love, they also say it vibrates at a higher rate than any other flower. They say that animal flesh is a lower vibration than vegetables and so on.
Here we will see cancer cells being obliterated by the outside influence of the vibration of particular notes of music being played to it. And of course sound is nothing more than vibrations that we can hear with our body.

Here we see the effect of salt undergoing different frequencies and speeds of vibration...or sound if you will...and what happens to it.
Also..the earth has a vibration, it is called the schumann resonance. For thousands of years it's been 7.8. It started rising in the eighties and it's now over 13. If what happens to the salt is what happens to us...but then maybe I'm crazy...

And the last trump shall sound (sound is vibration) and we shall all be changed in the twinkling of an eye... People wonder why there is no missing link...
So the vibrational energy of the food you eat is important. Whatever you eat, it will always be highest when it is as fresh as possible. The older the food, the lower the vibration/energy of the food, which is common sense, but there is a whole theory out there that some foods are of higher vibration, and therefore more suitable for people, better nutrition, more energy, etc. And of course anything with pesticides on it would be lower vibration.
This theory encompasses much more than food...but everything you consume...whether it be with your eyes, your ears...what you listen to, what you watch, what you SPEAK...and it's very extensive. Say for instance you listen to a cd of very uplifting classical music. The orchestra loved the conductor...the conductor loved the music, loved the orchestra, lost himself in the joy of what he was doing...and you hear the music and it is uplifting and you love it. Now...this was your friend's cd...you want one so you go right out to buy it. You can't find the same one. You've got one with the same music, same orchestra, but a different conductor. So you figure it's gotta be the same. This conductor is not so in love with what he's doing. He's a perfectionist and a control freak. The orchestra is cowed and unhappy. Every note that they play is exactly the same as the 1st cd, but the love and the joy is missing...and instead of it being uplifting to listen to...it brings you down. The vibrations were lowered during this recording and you feel it. Etc., etc., etc.
Modern music vibrates at such a low rate that it kills plants. Most people don't ever consider what it might be doing to them as well.

This link has a lot of technical info and a list of recommended books
http://www.rife.org/
This link has a pretty good synopsis of his story, here is an excerpt.
http://www.rense.com/health/rife.htm
In 1934, the University of Southern California appointed a Special Medical Research Committee to bring terminal cancer patients from Pasadena County Hospital to Rife's San Diego Laboratory and clinic for treatment. The team included doctors and pathologists assigned to examine the patients - if still alive - in 90 days.
After the 90 days of treatment, the Committee concluded that 86.5% of the patients had been completely cured. The treatment was then adjusted and the remaining 13.5% of the patients also responded within the next four weeks. The total recovery rate using Rife's technology was 100%.
Additonally, you can do google searches and find a ton of information.
