ok i know im weird .. BUT i have this habit of googling the nutrients in various foods i eat because i think its facsinating how your body will crave different foods depending on what it needs at the time.

so anyway..the past 8 or so days ive been craving nothing but manganese-dense foods like sesame seeds, figs, mushrooms, flax, and ANYTHING with cinnamon. i mentioned on here my applesauce binge .. and it was entirely bc i was craving cinnamon and couldnt think of a better way to have something cinnamony.

so i was wondering..what is this little "manganese" and what is it for?

you guys always have such a plethora of knowledge so i figured id ask here first so that any feedback i got was in layman's terms :) :)
