View Full Version : I have two large and lovely porta bella mushrooms in my fridge.

:) Can anyone tell me how i can prepare them whole. I guess i'm saying i want to stuff them so how do i prepare the mushrooms for the stuffing and what can i stuff them with?
If any of you have done this would you please help me out. :)

i like to top them with guacamole and then top that with chopped tomatoes.

Marinate and dehydrate shrooms for like an hour (evoo/spices/garlic) Then stuff with Pesto and cheeze and dehydrate for like 2 hrs. OH BOY!!! :D

What cheese recipe do you use, Trinity? I've tried a few and threw them all away. :(

I marinate with alittle Braggs...then make guacamole with onions, tomato, and of course avo....then pile all that on top and drizzle with alittle more Braggs.....YUMMY and fast...VERY FAST!

I marinate two portobellos with 4T olive oil, 3T nama shoyu, 2T ACV and minced garlic and ginger, and then top with guacamole. It's a dinner staple now.
