I don't have one but there has got to be one (or someone should invent one) for sweet potato pie. I just brought home one of my Granny's and I keep thinking "There has to be a way to do this raw..." It's just sweet pototoes, butter, cream maybe, and pumpkin pie spice or allspice - can't remember. Anyway, it doesn't seem like it would be as hard as some other "mock" recipes I've seen. I think the important thing is creamy sweet potatoes (not possible is it?) with autumnal spices.

I've made my own sweet potato chips:
1.) wash the outside
2.) skin the outside off
3.) use peeler to cut 1" or bigger strips of the sp until there's nothing left to peel
4. ) soak in olive oil
5.) then drag them in a mixture of sea salt - organic basil - thyme - oregano - peper - some cayene.
6.) put them in a dehydrator for 6 to 8 hours - depending on your type, of DH, and how you like your chips to be as far as crunchness.
7.) eat them - very tasty :D
