I have been mostly raw 90+% for two years now and all symptoms of arthritis disappeared unless I ate tomatoes. Now my right hip is once again screaming at me. . . . . .

true, I have eaten tomatoes, as in marinaria sauce, last week, with no apparent pain (then).

Is it possible to get the reaction 6 days later????

Is it possible to get arthiritis pain from bananas? After eating them this morning is when I noticed it.

Then for lunch I had stuffed tomatoes and the pain is back.

Okay, I know, lay off the tomatoes, but does this sound familar to anyone else???

Just curious -- maybe one of those --- "misery loves company" things.

Are you doing any other nightshades, like potato, peppers, or eggplant, because those can sometimes cause problems. The tomatoes is the only other thing I can think of.

Thanks for the feedback -- and no, no other night shades, though would you believe I just sat down here to search about how to make the eggplant bacon. I guess that's a no-no.

And today proved to me that it was not the banana. Must be the tomato.

My not be either. May be a re-tracing and the sensation will leave and never come back.

First of all, I'd stop giving it a name. Once one gives something a name, they tend to own it.

Secondly, take your focus off the sensation and put it towards the healthy parts of you.

Over the last two days I've been having symptoms such as I had after running through a hay field when I was 10. I don't call it hay fever because it's not. It's just a bunch of symptoms and things I'm experiencing and I'm going about my biz, best I can, enjoying the process of healing.

Life can be so much fun! :)
