Sick!?

I am the first person to want to say that everything is a detox, but my roomate and I have the exact same head cold/ fever. I feel AWFUL right now. And I want to say that it is a grand detox, but what are the odds that we have the exact same thing??? Help! Reassure me!

I guess in a sense, every time one gets sick it's a detox whether they're on a good diet or not. You have to remember that your diet isn't everything. I used to get really distraught when I got sick, but now I realize that there is so much pollution in our environment that we're going to get sick sometimes. It shouldn't be as severe or last as long as it does for someone on a terrible diet.

I hope you feel better!! I am lucky and have not gotten what my roommate has...I don't know why but my mom keeps on telling people it's my raw diet, which I am back on today 100% after straying off for a little bit...

Again, feel better!! Rest and drink lots of fluids!!
