Any good sweet potatoes recipes anyone. no pies or dehydrator recipes please. A pudding sounds good hmmmm. Thanks :rolleyes:

Hi... Here are a few recipes... Sweet Potato Pudding sounds great... Hope someone has a recipe for that.. :D


SWEET POTATO SLAW: (from SAD to RAW site)

SWEET POTATO SALAD:
GRATE: 2-3 sweet potatoes, 2 apples, 1 C coconut, 1/4 C ginger root... put in bowl and set aside
JUICE: 4 lemons, 2 oranges, add agave to taste... (can add cinnamon) whisk in small bowl and toss with sweet potato mixture
ADD: 1 C chopped walnuts toss in salad
VARIATION: can add pineapple or raisins to mixture if wanted
*Chill and let flavors blend...


SWEET POTATO SOUP: (from Rawsome by Brigitte Mars)
2 C peeled chopped sweet potatoes
1 apple cored, peeled, chopped
1 C water
1 avocado peeled
1/2 tsp celtic salt
*Puree smooth in blender
