Hey - FYI - check the package of the crackers before you eat them...

I kinda had a bad experience....

Her bars are good.

Though if you keep em for a long time, the bars start to like rot.

What section of the store were they in?

Goldsplinter, you should always refrigerate all raw foods that could go bad. That usually helps them last awhile. That is assuming you didn't have them inn the fridge.

Didnt have it in the fridge. Thanks mighty oh mighty one. :) Didn't know it would go bad since it's dehydrated. Though, it's a testimony about Lydia's bars that they are indeed ALIVE!

They were at the end of one of the big cabinet aisles. I think it had facial products on it, like Bert's Bees lip stuff and the like. Around the bakery and checkout stands

lol. They were indeed alive... the little bugs were crawlin' around the package. When I went back to the hfs I suggested they refrigerate them!

I love those crackers! The Green Crackers are my favorite. They do make larger ones called Sunflower Bread that are the same texture, just bigger. I also like their Savory Mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds, sprouted and dehydrated.

Oh, and one more thing! They have really good sweet bars made out of fruit and coconut. The raspberry banana coconut one is absolutely amazing. I got it for a girl I worked with who wasn't into raw and hated coconut and bananas and she loved it!!! She kept raving about how good it was! They also have apple fig, and other flavors.

I've tried almost all of her crackers & bars. They are absolutely delicious. It was because of her crackers that got me into the raw lifestyle: I was spending way too much money on her crackers, so I decided to learn how to make them.

I was so excited when I went to the other Whole Foods today and saw some packaged raw goodies!! I was like a kid in a candy store! lol!
I picked up a bag of Italian crackers and a bag of berry cereal.

The Italian crackers are very much like the ones at Cafe Gratitude, so I was stoked! It's a thick, crumbly cracker with a very olive-y taste to it, which is so weird because there aren't olives in them!

Here's a picture, I ate them with salsa! Mmmm! But they'd also be stellar with a hummus dip, or, as my mother said, cream cheese. My only beef with the crackers is that they're really small, I wish they just a little bit longer.
