Lately I've been experiencing super-fatigued leg muscles for no apparant reason. What do you think is going on? Is there any way I can get rid of them? I have a soccer game on Sunday!

hot bath, relax, take some MSM if you have it..and elevate your legs for awhile. That should help.

I experience this when I am losing weight and/or water weight rapidly. It's the first sign I feel to know that I'm losing weight. Try adding some salt (sea salt) and increasing potassium and these pains should go away.
