Raw Roadtrippin'!

My man and I will be making our way out to the West coast this fall.. We're just going, going, going.. don't have much of a 'plan' yet.. we'll see where we end up (I'm thinking of going to grad school in WA).
Anyway, I plan on eating very simply while on the road, but I'm looking for some suggestions on how to spice up my raw road food a bit. Anyone have any great, simple, and quick & easy recipes to share??? Any tips/suggestions/raw restaurants I must go visit, etc??

Come to San Francisco! it's the most beautiful city in the country. And it boasts Cafe Gratitude (all raw vegan, & delicious!).

You should defiantly try to drive through Austin and stop on a Tuesday night at the Continental Club for Toni Price. And of course hit up (the original) Whole Foods and their new raw food cafe. I had raw carrot cake to die for there.
