The Uppercase V was to remind you of the last time I forgot to add two V's to your name -- nothing gets by you! :D

Yeah, got it, silly person. It's the green smoothies that keep me alert at my tender age. :)

Not to be dumb or anything BUT here's my question:
Can you only listen to this on Tuesday afternoons because neither of my computers will let me open up either interview.
What's up with that?
Thanks for your help!

I don't know. It works on both Macs and PC's. We know this for sure since we've got both here. Himself was listening on his PC and I've listened on my Mac.
Are you clicking on LISTEN MP3? Ahhh, it's not working on windows media ~ at least on my Mac. Don't know about the pc.
Don't know what else to tell you. Anyone?

I'm bumping this up because Melissa gives some good information about what it takes to do what many here have chatted with me about. We didn't get into it as much as I'd planned as we were having so much fun chatting yet....
The people I've spoken to who want to become personal chefs, do raw food demos, and/or open restaurants really don't know how much work is involved. They think all they need to do is get certified and put up a website. For Melissa, it was easier than that. She doesn't even have a website up as of this writing. For most, it's not. They have to do some legwork and in many cases a LOT of legwork.
Many folk I have been chatting with have to drive 1-2 hours just to get to a health food store or to purchase organic produce. Storm does that twice a week ~ even living in Ca.
Also, fear is involved. One of those (which was brought up to me at one point) is addressed in this interview. Remember, Melissa started in Idaho, not in California. Ca. is easy. Idaho? Not so much.
Enjoy ~
