I posted this under a recipe photo thread too. but, I am just so tickled I remember to take a picture I had to do it here too.

My first try at the Fajitas w/ smokey jalepeno cheese. Not sure who posted this but, thank you ever so much it is fantastic. I used ezekiel tortillas since I have them. Worked out well

oh wow Gelis that looks wonderful it's making my mouth water, can I ask what recipe did you use for the wrap?. Thanks in advance.

Looks great. Are the Ezekiel tortillas raw? I haven't tried them but have seen them in the freezer section...

I honestly don't know if they are raw. They are sprouted the website states the bread is not it is cooked at 200 degrees I believe.

Several raw sites use them. I have not found an acceptable substitue for DH for pizza primarily so these are better than the alternative. We usually use cabbage or lettuce for wraps but out.

Okay just got off the phone they indicate they back their tortillas at 250 degrees. So they are not considered raw :cool:

Oh they are the sprouted Tortillas, got ya LOL!!!!. i will have to try and make my own. Still looks wonderful.
