Are they really raw? Or would they be blanched prior to freezing? If they're not raw, does anyone know where to find raw ones? Thanks!

Most likely they are blanched, but you should call the company and ask to be sure.

Buy your own fresh ones and freeze them. Any that you buy will be blanched first unless by some miracle you find some that say "raw" on them.

They're blanched prior to freezing, but I know a lot of people who claim to be all raw and eat them anyhow.
