Alissa's Pecan Pie - While the torte is easier to prepare and very good, this pie is (to me) more decadent

Marinated Greens

Onion bread/crackers

Victoria Boutenko's garden burger mix stuffed in something (tomatoes, mushrooms or maybe wrapped in some kind of green leaves. This mix is quite tasty and I think even SAD eaters who are into eating things like pate's or stuffed veggies would like it too.

Juliano's oatmeal cookies

Juliano's Raw Torte

...for starters

Thanks Rawkinloks,

I love those too.

I have done many Raw gourmet feasts, and my favorite for looks and taste is Italian.

I use raw crackers made with almonds and tomatoe, with a cashew cheese and red pepper spread, Green garden salad with fresh herbs and lemon and olive oil and spices dressing.

Soup is fresh tomato and basil, with garlic, kind of like a minestroni, without all the pasta, and heat. Warmed to body temperature.

Then I make Pesto stuffed mushrooms as a side, and lasagna, which takes 4 days to create.

with sliced red peppers just to taste and look great.

For desert I make Alissa's strawberry crepes.

Everything is so delicious, and very colorful. Some crunch, some soft, some smooth, some chunky, some warm, some cool, some room temperature.

I really like to make the taste buds dance.

My second favorite menu to make is.

Flax seed crachers with spicy salsa and Fresh cut veggies with veggie dips, and soft cheeses.

I don't make a separate salad or soup with this.

I make Alissa's Enchilada recipe, with guacamole', mock sour cream, and 2 or 3 different salsa recipes, pico de galo, and warm tortillas (pizza wrap)

A Chocolate cream filled strawberry rollups, my hubbies recipe. You take strawberry fruit leather, and fill it with macademia nut cream with cocoa or carob, and then you put fresh strawberries on top.

I like soups. You can serve them a little warm, add some raw crackers.
