today I made a tomato basil pie... it was really good... except I used Alissa "easy" pizza crust recipe for the pie crust. It was far too heavy. Does anyone have a lighter recipe?
Just to give you an idea of what I've got going on here, I've got shreaded basil, thinly sliced tomatoes, finely chopped red onions, hemp oil mixed with garlic, celtic salt, pepper and a little more basil drizzled on top, then on top of all that, a recipe that Tombi gave me for "chedda cheeze."
First I dehydrated the crust, then I put everything else on top and dehydrated some more.
It's got great potential! I just need a better crust. I hope someone can help!
