I was wondering if anyone knows why when the temperature drops to below 65 degrees, I have to constantly blow my nose? I have to sniff and sniff if I dont have a kleenex.

I use to suffer with terrible allergies. I wondered if this was still symptom of my allergies?

Does anyone know why this could be happening? I have been mostly raw for nearly 2 years.
When the temperature is above 66 degrees or higher it stops almost immediately.

It is the body's way of keeping you healthy

The nose is the long route for air to the lungs, and this is to regulate the temperature. Runny noses is just the body's way of keeping the air at a good temperature and keeping your sinuses healthy as well
