What are some good sources of zinc? Also, are there any foods that can interfere with or inhibit its absorption?

Just to repeat what others have said, pumpkin seeds are a really good source. Just don't eat too many.

Other great sources are most seeds and nuts. The ones with the highest content are almonds, cashews, pecans, pine nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Beans also have alot of zinc especially lentils, garbanzo and soybeans. Tahini is another good source.

Beans and nuts contain phytates which can inhibit absorption but make sure to sprout and soak because that will increase the avalabitlity.
