This thread is for anyone who has started losing their hair, because I needed a postitive thread when I was losing hair. Three months after starting raw, my hair started falling out in clumps, plugs even. My shower drain was always clogged before I was done.

I just want to give you an update (because I had posted two desperate threads asking for info): The hair has stopped falling out--and I still have hair! It's a little thinner, but there's tons of new growth. I was almost in tears and very upset during the process, but it's back to normal.

Some suggested it was a detox, others a malady. For me, it was obviously the former. I am not suggesting this is the answer to your problems, because you have to do what is right for you, i.e. go to a doctor if you are uncertain.

However, for those of you who know you are healthy, it will be over soon! It lasted about 6 weeks for me. People are now commenting on how shiny and healthy my hair looks.

Good luck! By the way, eating raw is the best, life changing decision I have ever made.

Is that new hair red or is your title missleading.

So happy your hair is doing better. Maybe mine will stop falling out soon {hopes!}.

Thanks for the encouragment. Mine has been falling out over the past 6 weeks or so, and also seems to be slowing somewhat. Glad to hear your hair is so much better!
