Has anyone tried making 'flour' with something like grinding dried beans or grains in a Vitamix... and using this in some of the 'baking' dehydrator recipes? Also, do you think dehydrated corn would make an almost cornmeal like consistency?

Would any of this work? If you have any ideas or suggestions... or actual recipes you've done... all help with this is appreciated... :D

Many of the gourmet raw recipe books do a sprouted dehydrated flour. They soak and sprout wheat, dehydrate it, then grind. I haven't done this myself, other than a quick batch to see if it was possible... and it looked just like flour! I don't tend to use wheat much though.
