View Full Version : Exercise and Raw pregnancy

Need advise on exercise. DH and I are trying to conceive while I work out on a daily basis I don't wont to stop when I become pregnant. What routine do you have? Any suggestion?

Forgot to mention right now I walk on the treadmill and lift weights and work out on the core ball on my off days of not lifting weights or treadmilling

I'm no expert. I've never been pregnant, but swimming is a great exercise for pregnancy. You should also be fine to continue walking and lifting weights. Yoga is another great option. Biking, rollerblading, I would say anything that's comfortable to you (probably not Bikram yoga though because I think it would be too hot for a pregnant woman).
