It is only my 3rd day at it again. There a few non-raw things that I still endulge in though - the cashew butter I but is made with roasted cashews, I buy almond milk from the store, and I plan on having fish every once in a while. I also have a few bites here and there of non raw stuff - I keep em small and am trying not to do this.
Will I still detox eating this way?

:) I eat around 85% raw and i have had detoxing symptoms off and on.
Dizziness, headaches, tireness for a few. When this happens i drink more water and it seems to help some. I think these are part of the detox, also runny nose.

Detoxifying, in general, is always taking place. It is an essential part of living structures. It's intensity is dependant on the actions that support the filtering of lymph and blood keeping it sweet and clean from the toxic end products of metabolism.
Diet that requires more energy 'draws' from you in order to deal with it's own toxic end products will diminish the energy available for other filtering chores. Cooked foods draw more energy away from these tasks than raw foods.
