So how many types of organic produce is there?

I remember reading a topic on here or on another, and someone said that they went to a farmer's market, asked a seller if the stuff was organic, and the seller said what kind of organic.

So I might go to some farmer markets, and would like to know, what differents kinds of ORGANIC is there?

That seller probably didn't know what organic meant.

Well there is probably Certified Organic (which is the only kind really) and Transition Organic.which comes from farms that are working towards certification.
I have also seem produce labelled Pesticide Free which I suppose could be called Semi Organic.
