Hello Everyone-

I made this banana bread last night that was FABulous! It tasted just like cooked banana bread. I am estimating on the measurements, as I did not measure. Try it, it is Dee- lish!

2 C Almond Pulp (I used my leftover from making mylk- you could probably use whole soaked almonds too!)
1 1/2- 2 Bananas
1/2 C Soaked Dates
TBSP Agave Nectar or Honey (optional)
Blend in Processor (I actually used the VitaMix, but it was thick)
Then stir in:
1/2 C Diced Apples
1/4 Chopped Walnuts

I dehydrated about 4-5 hours

Oooo I LOVE banana bread - I can't wait to try this - Thank you :)

What temperature did you dehydrate at?

I am very new to this - I just got my dehydrator last night and I have only used it once :D

Well thanks for the recipe!! I was looking in my books to see what to make with the leftover pulp I have from my almond mylk(my 1st time making it)
I don't have as much as the recipe requires, so I might just cut the ingredients in half. :)
