Have any suggestions for Raw Workout Playlists? I've been getting most of mine recently from www.championo2cool.com/ They're free and pretty good; put together by professional trainers and regular people based on the exercise type. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Not clear what "raw" music is. Elaborate please.

Do you mean music created by artists that eat raw??

...or is this a "underground" classified ad?

I just meant what music is good for a "raw person's" workout. I was wondering about playlists that anyone may have that fit the "raw" personality. I downloaded a couple at this site for you to look at www.championo2cool.com so you could tell me if they might fit. THanks.

There are some ideas here (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17461), a thread on music for working out.

I think you won't find any definitive answer, as it seems people, raw or not, have widely varied tastes in music! :D :p

Electrophones and sound recording devices have been around for a lot less time than stoves and ovens. So I think that raw music is live acoustic music. Barring marching bands, you can't bike, walk, or run to it, so you dance!

Which brings up the question: Why is a fipple flute called a recorder, if you don't record it but play it?
