Lately I've been eating alot of fresh, aromatic and savory herbs raw and fresh (not dried!) in my raw meals and it is really the missing link in my questo for fully satisfying and strongly flavored foods. Many of us love the strong, comforting flavors in cooked foods and that many times, it is herbs that are the real reason for that. At any rate, eat fresh herbs. They are delicious and addd just the right strong but not too strong flavor. If you can't grow your own, most produce departments carry freshly cut herbs. Mostly you'll find rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano and tarragon but there are many others. Trust me, it's delicious. I have some recipes that I'll be posting in the recipe forum in just a minute. Also, eating alot of fresh herbs has great medicinal benefits and it is a way to get greens without that bland or bitter flavor that greens sometimes have. I've been eating my herbs with things like avocado and tomato and this can be done whole or by whipping it all up in the food processor as well.
