I was just wondering what peoples opinions were on using anti fungals such as Grapefruit seed extract, Oil of Oregano, Pau D' Arco ect & also supplements & herbs. I know some feel that taking natural herbs ect causes the body to have to work harder to process that through your system too and they just prefer to deal with things by letting the body heal on 100% raw whilst others use them. Thanks in advance your opinions are much appreciated.

Hi... I'm not sure what the information out there is regarding this with eating raw. However, for me... I am holistic in my journey and have been for a long time. I love aromatherapy, acupressure... I do take a few supplements and herbs.

Of those... I do feel taking b12 and omegas help me... as well as some herbs I am comfortable taking. Perhaps it just depends on each person... and listening to your body... for what is best for you.

Maybe there are others that have more information about this and can share what they do... :)

I thought I would bring this back up to the top. Hoping someone else will reply.

Letting the body heal on 100% raw will probably take a really long time. Especially if dealing with a fungal situation. That can be tricky. I would use the herbs.

I tried the P'au D'arco and had a bad allergic reaction to it. I'd recommend raw coconut oil. It's an antifungal too.
