What can I do with soaked almonds besides almond milk or dehydrating them??
I soaked them, but can't remember why or what for.
Also, how long do they last?? I put them in the fridge, not sure if that is good or bad??
Any help is appreciated!

You can carry them with you anywhere as a snack.

You can keep them in water in the fridge for up to about 5 days ~ rinsing daily. IF you dehydrate them then do as Sport says, carry them with you as a snack.
You say you can't remember why you are soaking them? Write it down! Making a crust, cookies, nut loaf? Write down the page and book you saw it on.
One thing I absolutely love ~ almond milk and cookies.

These almonds are family favorites:
after soaking mix them with some grated ginger, minced garlic, nama shoyu, chili powder, sea salt, and agave or honey. let marinade for at least an hour and up to overnight, and dehydrate for REALLY flavorfull spiced almonds. SAD friends love these at parties. Super easy to make, too.
