Okay Confused...
PureTropicalFoods.com sells organic young coconuts. You can buy the for like $ 5.99 each at certain places in Los Angles. When you see them there smaller and brown and dont look like the white coney Young Coconuts, but there young coconuts. Which is confusing, because I read a study that Matt Amsden did about regular Young's because he uses them in his recipe. The study was to make sure none of the chemicals were getting into the water inside the nut, the test came back that nothing was being absorbed in the water. So Matt continues to use the regular Youngs. Yet they sell the organic, but it's a lot more dough. So if the regular Youngs dont get any of the chemical into the water inside, would you buy the organic ones? what would be the point? Who would want to spend that much? Not me... Or would I>?
