This may be a crazy question, but does jumping on a trampoline provide the same benefits as a rebounder? It would seem to be so, but I never read about anyone using trampolines, just rebounders.

I'm not certain but I don't see why it wouldn't provide the same results.
If I had a trampoline, I'd probably be more inclined to jump on it instead of a rebounder because it's always a softer bounce which I prefer.

The action is the same so the effect should be the same.
I would think that the terms rebounder and trampoline are interchangable with the former being used to describe a miniture version of the latter.

a trampoline can be harder on your joints and you are more likely to get injured but you still get the same benefits.

:) I would like to know if anyone has seen a difference in their weight from using one.
Thanks
Bethanie
