Thinking ahead....here's a picture of raw turkey and since I just saw this picture I thought we could think ahead and then revisit this topic closer to Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving is months away but quickly it will be around the corner.
A turkey picture...raw: http://www.toprawmen.net/gallery/index.asp?img=13
Doesn't that look real??????
Does Alissa have a recipe?
Can we come up with our own recipe?
Wonder if that recipe is in raw guys book. Here's the website for the raw guys, top raw men:

Charles Nungesser, Coralanne Nungesser, and George Nungesser, the "Top Raw Men. I don't recall Coralanne mentioned before, but maybe if this is new addition she is now here or I missed it prior.
Can we come up with our own recipe?
Thanks.

Alissa's Noasted Turkey and Mock Turkey are in her book Living on Live Food. You will hear them mentioned a lot online - they are yummy!!!

I wonder if my local Barnes & Noble has Alissa's book. Sweet know that?
I'm hoping to get my local library to get it in so others can be blessed.
Does her recipe show you how to assemble it to look like the real thing but much better of course?
I'm trying to go with less nuts/seeds the better.
Thanks.

thanks for sharing. I plan on trying the turkey soon. My hubby is trying to go vegan, but having a hard time. I thought some other options may do the trick.
