My acne went mostly away. In fact my skin is more even and beautiful than ever before.

I used to have candida and that went away too after only a month on raw.

I've gained so much confidence and I am a much happier person!

:DI love this question! When I read this question, I feel proud in knowing that I'm doing the right thing by eating raw. Personally, I've eliminated my gout attacks, sinus/cold flareups, and high cholesterol. Other benefits include a slim/fit body, better sleep, increased happiness, and peace of mind knowing that I'm doing the right thing.

Today is the start of week seven of my being Raw. I have dropped 14 pounds, but more then that - I feel wonderful! Better then I have felt in years! I have had migraines my whole life. I have not had one migraine these seven weeks! My skin has improved, my energy level has sky rocketed and I am sleeping so well - also something I was not doing.
I would recommend going raw (now I went 100% right off the git-go) to anyone with health issues. You WILL see a difference.

Great question!!! EVERYTHING changed. My health....no more cancer how about that??:) I lost gobs of weight, my taste buds changed, my attitude has changed for the better and I feel awesome. I suggest raw foods all the time for my yoga students and my massage clients, I am a walking advert for the RAW lifestyle. Even my family is curious and has tried a lot of my gourmet dishes:) Best of luck to all on this journey.

I'm sure a lot of health can occure and heal at high raw, but when 100% you can fully detox and get to health at a deeper cellular level.

My cholestrol lowered by 90 points! I was about to be put on some nasty meds for it. Also my skin is much clearer than before, and I'm losing weight, which has been virtually impossible for me for the past 7 years.

Lost 30 pounds
Face skin is very nice
Eyes are becoming more blue(from hazel)
No more heart palpitations(it might have been thyroid problems-I don't like to go to doctors)
I am 9 months raw, but I hope to get more sesults as time goes, like that high energy all the time-less sleep. I probably have tons of toxins since I did a lot of emotional eating(overeating) in my life. I will be patient.

resulted in an enormous emotional release and healing

As painful as the healing can be, it's such a breath of fresh air to be able to experienc change and in depth healing...........the very core of me included. ;)
