I saw a 70 year old man do the flag once.

If I tried that, I wouldn't be able to lift anything for a week.

Thanks guys....

Well...I think it's more shocking to the eye than amazing because anyone can do it if they focus on it!

But I'll take the compliment anyway!!!! :D

But, I'm setting that as one of my goals. I welcome any tips you'd like to share on how to accomplish the flag pole?

Also, I once saw a guy in New York City in Battery Park doing about 10 pushups from a hand-stand position on steps where his head actually went below the step he was hand-standing on. I guess you have to be able to shoulder-press your body weight.

Fiddler...to be honest with you I practised it for about 3 days for about 10 mins...

The most important thing is to just believe you can do it!!!....if you don't visualize yourself doing it then you will struggle....also if you don't have real strong triceps/shoulders and torso your gonna struggle but for me it was practise and belief....

Tip:
Support yourself with you bottom hand and put one leg up horizontaly then when your ready lift off make sure your body is working as one unit!

Coz if one thing is not working in sync then your gonna collapse

Hope that helped... :D

Yeah, most things aren't as hard as they look. Maybe I'll try it if I see a good pole.
