View Full Version : all the yummy food I ate today - too much, just right?

What I ate today:
am - 2 bananas blended with cocoa powder and water mmmm...
lunch - Juliano's Fiery Lava soup (My fav.) w/ 1 flax seed cracker (which I made for the first time and they are rediculously good) and 1 cracker with avo. and heirloom tomato.
dinner - soup of tomato, avo, cilantro, walnuts and a flax cracker. Mixed up the rest of the avo with leftover salsa and ate with 2 more flax crackers.

YUM YUM YUM!!!!

Now I just plan on having a couple glasses of wine later!

I am curious, does this seem like a lot of food? I see people on here who eat, what seems, very little. In comparison I feel like I eat TON.
Anyway I just wanted to share because I feel so good and the food was so delicous!

It looks like you had a great day, it all sounds yummy to me! But it doesn't seem like that much, I wouldn't worry at all if I were you. I eat tons more than that, my weight is very stable and I graze all day long. If you eat when you are hungry and stay satisfied I'd say you are right on track!

Don't worry about what others eat, we are all different, just listen to what your body tells you it needs. Then just enjoy all that yummy food...

It can vary GREATLY. Some days it seems like 1/2 a honeydew and a spinach salad is TOO much ... other days I can eat 4 times that much and still feel famished. The KEY is listening to your body's hunger signals.

sounds GREAT to me :)

i eat a TON some days..and then almost nothing other days. seems to fluctuate. just listen to your body, as others have said, and not worry about eating too much or too little.
