Hey has anyone tried budokon? The workout that combines meditation, yoga and martial arts? It's really good, but I find it really easy!! I feel like its not doing anything! Is there any higher videos (i.e. not beginners stage) thats anybody knows of?

Umm.. Isn't sudoku that game where you have to fill in the numbers? No it's not like that lol :p It's an exercise video, well you can get it on video, its just a sort of exercise that Cameron Shayne came up with. You ever heard of it? Its the exercise that Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox do to keep in shape.

Silly 'nana. Noooo.
Seren,
If you are finding budokon easy they you are not doing it correctly. Like any martial art it takes, focus, discipline and patience. If you are learning via tape, then you don't have anyone pointing out your positioning, breathing, etc. My suggestion, get a well-qualified teacher if you can find one in your area.
I've had people tell me that qigong was easy ~ until they did it correctly. Before that, they were just mindlessly going through the motions.

Sorry I couldn't resist. Yes, I was just being silly. They do sound alike though.

Oh, and ITA with Revvell. Watch the hand and leg positions. This is just from experience with Taekwondo. You really have to get the positioning of everything correct when doing martial arts.

Hmm yeah maybe that's why, but I really do put a lot of effort in. I mean, I do get worn out but I don't find it that challenging, like, my muscles or anything don't ache and once I have my breath back I don't feel like I've done any exercise! Is it definite that I'm doing it wrong if I find the beginners one easy?
