Well, most of us will agree the importance of chlorophyll, the blood of the plants, the breath of our blood.

* So a thread with chlorophyll contents may be interesting at this place.

* I only could find the contents of a few products (see below) on the net

* I would like to invite you to place other foods in this thread with their
chlorophyll contents, with your source if possible (for example: kale, spinach, broccoli, parsley etc...)

I can't believe these are the only foods being researched.

(While you can find everywhere vitamincontents of industrial foods... )

How much is that per gram of vegetables? I can't see any way to measure an amount of any leafy vegetable to three digits of precision with a cup.

Also how do they prepare the leeks? I peel one leaf off and eat all of it (unless the tip is wilted), but I've heard that some people cut off all the green part and slice the white.

Also measuring in grams you would have difficulties, because you don't buy all the products in gramms. And some products are missing (kale..?), don't know if these have been measured at all.

I don't know how they have measured all this, I am glad to have found this anyway, it seems to be uncharted territory on the net, which is strange to me, seeing all the less important info about food on the net
