Which are the healthiest and have the most nutrients? Also which ones blend really well in green smoothies? I'm trying to up my greens intake! Thanks for sharing.
First of all - organic is always best!
Kale is said to be the king of vegetables, followed by collard greens.
The darker green the veggie the better (that is not to say that other colours are not good - they are, but if the veggie is green - the darker the better) - rule of thumb!

Spinach is good but try to get baby spinach if you can and do not eat it every day as you will be getting too much oxalic acid.
The baby ones have less of it.

Cabbage is my friend. It is cheap, freezable and a quarter of a cabbage in a smoothie is great has no taste really.
Spinach and sprouts are next in line for me

From what I've read there is no such thing as "best". One "should", in order to get a variety of nutrients, use as much variety as possible. I use kale, baby spinace, dandelion greens, chard, parsely, carrot and beet tops, various sprouts ~ whatever I can get fresh. I also write down combinations in case something tastes particularly harsh I can ease up on it. If it's a combination I love, then I'll have that noted down as well.

I eat A LOT of chard, kale and collards. I've been increasing my intake lately. I have a green smoothie in the morning and a huge salad at night.
Dandelion and arugula are good. I think it's great to get a variety!

Pursalane,
Dendelions
Lambs Quarters
Stinging Nettles
squash leaves
young grape leaves
Kale
Chard
Mustard Greens
Carrot Tops
Beet Leaves
Clover
Spinach
cabbage
sprouts etc
You can type in google; "what is nutritional value of pursalane" or spinach and the others and check for yourself! Amazing they all have so much and 'calcium' !
Baby spinach, kale and swiss chard are my favorites. I alternate these with wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts to get the best nutrients.

Spinach is great for green smoothies because it has a fairly light flavor.
