what can you use it for after you make milk?
what a shame to trash it.

So I haven't really experimented with this but here's a thought......

mix some agave nectar and little chunks of fruit with it, dehydrate, and use it as a "crumble" over some peaches!! (Like a peach cobbler).

I usually mix my almond meal in with some raw granola.

Rawkinlocs has a killer cinnamon roll recipe so any pulp I have leftover goes into the dehydrator and then jarred until I saved up enough for the recipe!

Ha - it is like putting pennies in a jar to reach a goal for the big prize.

dehydrate it until completely dry, grind into flour and use in recipes that call for nuts such as pie crusts, cookies, etc.

Just posted this on another thread and see that it fits in here as well.

Feta
2 c saved almond pulp
¼ cup light miso
4 sprigs fresh parsley
6 fresh basil leaves
3 T fresh oregano
4 T fresh thyme
3 T fresh white sage
¼ c olive oil
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp salt
2 green onions
Combine and blenderize until very creamy. Pour into mesh bag. Squeeze liquid out of bag until no more will come out.
Put pulp crumbles on teflex sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 6 hours or until completely dry. Keep in refrigerator in sealed glass jar.
Freeze liquid into ice cubes and use to season soups or gravy.

Well, if you don't have enough almond pulp leftover from making almond milk, you just keep adding to the container each time you make the almond milk until you've saved up enough to make the recipe.
