I assume the organic mustard you buy at the store isn't raw, but I was wondering it any of you have made raw mustard with actual mustard seeds, etc. If so, how do you make it? Are mustard seeds good for you?

Look at this link for a number of condiments. Second, why wouldn't mustard seeds be good for you?

Oh - your assumption was right. The store-bought organic mustard has been processed...

I read that mustardseeds are full of ALA (alpha-linolic acid), an essential fat

I saw the link veganlife posted earlier and wow is it loaded with not only mustard, but ketchup, mayo and tons more recipes. Doe rocks!

I've got pickles making, some made, sauerkraut, and now I can have my burgers, ketchup or mustard with pickle spread on top, then closed off with sauerkraut and wrapped in a leaf lettuce as a wrap. Just playing with my mind here but surely can delete the kraut, or delete the pickle and leave kraut or vice versa. Raw is exciting.
