are recipes in book for 1 or a family?

I'm buying my first weeks raw food in the am. Are the recipes in Alissa's book for 1 or a family? Kim

They definitely make enough to serve a family, in my opinion! There is just two of us, and we always have leftovers!

Boy, what a good question.

They are definitely for a BIG family.

I make one of her recipes, then eat 1/4 or so, and freeze the rest in portion sizes.

That way if I am hungry and have no time to make something, I stick it in the dehydrator, for an hour or so, and it is warm and done.
