BTW, the bananas on that page are not RIPE for me yet :)
I'd let them sit for at least 2-3 more days to ripen a bit more...

I might borrow some of those images to throw on my website sometime down the road. I started salivating just looking at the delicious fruit!!!

See, now that is about the ripest I could eat them Gil. Any riper and they have too strong a flavor to me.

Glad you guys liked the pictures. There used to be a site for The Date People and there were over 25 varieties that they would sell.
