sometimes I get worried when fasting early on that I will lose too much weight. so I have never made it past 3 days... but really want to continue on for a week to 10 days for the purpose of excelled cleansing, heightened creativity, mental clarity and spiritual growth. I am 5'6' and 107 lbs, have been since my teens - I don't want to lose any weight - or gain any either. But when fasting I look/feel so smallish, that it freaks me out a bit. any advice? thank you

NoGMO,
I could only think of a juice fast with juices that give you enough energy (apple/carrot/sweet fruits) and calories to not lose to much weight.

Or maybe even smoothies? I am not sure whether that would still be considered a fast though...

Fasting with a slim build is rough. I once fasted down to 96 pounds, at which my weight seemed to stabilize. But I discontinued the fast, for non-obvious reasons.
Generally if you are skinny, you only need to fast for a couple of days. If you are fasting for longer than that, it had better be for non-health reasons.
