I find it interesting how they discussed trying to "isolate" the key compound in question, falcarinol. I mean, Norman Walker and others have known about the healthly rejuvinating benefits from carrot juice for like a hundred years...most likely longer.
The longer that I am raw, the more orange food appeals to me. I wonder if my body is telling me something?
