I found this Frosting recipie in The Raw Food Gourmet!! It's a pudding as well!

2-3 Haas Avos
1/2C Cocoa powder
1tsp. Vanilla
1/2C Agave or Maple Syrup

Blend in FP with S blade:) OMG!!!!!!!!!!YUM ENJOY:):) My 12 year old LOVES IT!!!!! Ya Know it's good:)

HOMEMADE HONEY MUSTARD:
1/2 C brown mustard seeds (soaked 10 hours, drained)
3/8 C lemon juice
6 honey dates (pitted)
1 1/3 Tbl tamari
*Puree all ingredients till smooth paste
*Store in glass jar
(will store in fridge a couple of months)


SWEET PECANS:
3 C pecans (soaked 8 hours, drained)
1/4 C agave
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp sea salt
*whisk agave, cinnamon, cayenne, salt well in large bowl... toss pecans in mixture... then spread on dehydrator sheet... dehydrate for 12 hours
