I love it, but I'm sure what I'm eating! How is it "produced"? Does it contain b-12? thanks!
Mine comes in flakes form, brand name Engevita. In the UK nutritutional flakes dont contain b12 but someone told me you can get them in the US with b12 in.
I cant imagine they're raw though, if that is a concern.
Anyone else know?

no its not trully raw.

Not raw but considered a living food. It's a bi-product of molasses. It's high in vitamin B and other nutrients.
