Yup. That's right. I think I'm going for the big one. A water fast of indeterminable length.

My record is 21 days. I plan to beat that by a long shot. Or...fail by a short shot. Or something. It's the thought that counts, you know.

Starting weight: 109 pounds

Prep Day:

9 bananas
multi-enzyme formula (see, I'm already cheating)
meditation (all day)

detox: sickly, sneezing
weight: 107 pounds

A bunch of sneezing today. Shouldn't have had those bananas.

Day 1:

small amounts of water throughout the day
meditation (all day)

detox: sickly, sneezing (not as much), lightheadedness
weight: 105 pounds

A little woozy, but feeling better. No appetite, so that's a good sign.

I am curious.
Are you not afraid that you will loose too much weight.
Why do you feel that you need to do a water fast for more than 21 days.
What do you expect to gain.
What is your state of health now.

Hope you accomplish what you are seeking. I think Miss linda still has a fast thread going on. You may want to join in on it for support.

Well, I decided that now was not my time to fast, so I ended it. Maybe I'll do it some other time.

Are you not afraid that you will loose too much weight.

Not particularly.

Why do you feel that you need to do a water fast for more than 21 days.

Because I wanted to.

What do you expect to gain.

Discipline.

What is your state of health now.

Pretty decent, except for a fractured hand.

Hi... There is a book you might enjoy... The Fasting Handbook ... Dining From An Empty Bowl by Jeremy Safron. It offers various typical fasts... including a water fast... and even doing fasts where you give up things other than food... good little book.

You can get it on Amazon if you're interested. :)

Sounds like my kind of book.
