is this the same thing? I want to make the store bought frosting but I dont have coconut butter only the oil. Can it be subsituted?
Also - Ive never seen it in the store. What section is it usually in?

it's oil when its liquid, and butter when solid

Coconut oil and butter are the same thing. I think it gets solid at like 70 degrees or cooler. You can just put it in the fridge and it will turn solid pretty quickly.

there is coconut butter made with the coconut flesh...some brands call it butter some call it cream...just read the jar.
