remember that chili sauce at the chinese restaurant?
well I created it raw.
3 ripe tomatoes de-seeded
juice of 1 lemon
celtic sea salt
BLEND WELL SHOULD BE THICK BUT WELL INCORPERATED
and add as much crushed red pepper flakes as you want for the heat
stir into puree
I make it almost 1 to 1 tomatoes to red pepper flakes HOT!!!!
variation: add a garlic clove or 2
NOTE while writing this I thought about adding a 2 soaked sundried tomatoes for texture and richness pf flavor
i use it in a raw nori wraps or a dollip in a raw soup
