Tummy aches

I love raw food, but it gives my girlfriend a stomach ache. There are possible IBS issues. Can you recommend a good solution. Alyssa recommended a ensyme. Any other ideas.

Enzymes are definitely a good idea. Another is to look into food combining. There are a few threads on here about it.
