I read a lovely looking recipe on another raw board the other day for museli which involved oats.
Anyway, off to the shops I went and bought some organic porridge oats. Now bearing in mind they are organic I thought they would be ok, and the only ingredients are oat flakes, but it came to mind...... Are they raw. Anyone had any similar experience or knowledge? Thanks. :)
